the staff were friendly and helpful also very cute. the place was always clean and tidy. the rooms are nice plus the food and drink is top quality. the hotel is close to roads buses and taxis also there is a railway station nearby.
I noticed only one towel in the room. I needed to request an additional one.

i stayed at the hotel and i must say, it really went beyond what i was expecting! the staff were great. chloe and alex were helpful, and nothing seemed too much for them. the outside bar area was a real treat, especially with the lovely lighting at night!
the bathroom flooring looked a little dated. the grout between the tiles needed some attention.

I valued the immediate hot water in the en suite bathroom. The room was a decent size. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, yogurts, and fruit. Hot breakfast was cooked to order, a real plus.
I found there was no fridge in the room.

the super nice team and were pretty good for us. the breakfast was substantial and yummy. i really appreciated the friendly service, especially helen at reception who went the extra mile!
i wish i knew about the parking charges earlier. i had to pay via an app, but it wasnt working easily. hopefully, i wont get a ticket in the mail now!

The location proved convenient. I found it easy to access nearby amenities. The bar and restaurant provided useful services. Parking availability was definitely a bonus.
I did encounter some issues regarding cleanliness. Carpets in the bedroom seemed quite filthy. I noticed a lot of noise disturbance too. Guests moving around in the room above were easily heard.
