I valued the immediate hot water in the en suite bathroom. The room was a decent size. Breakfast had a good choice of cereals, yogurts, and fruit. Hot breakfast was cooked to order, a real plus.
I found there was no fridge in the room.

The double room was a good size and CLEAN. I appreciated the immediate hot water in the en suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, WHICH ensured a good night's sleep.

The staff were helpful throughout my stay, i APPRECIATED their attentiveness. They were always on hand to assist with any requests. Their friendliness.

the super nice team and were very good for us. the breakfast was substantial and yummy. i really appreciated the friendly service, especially helen at reception who went the extra mile!
i wish i knew about the parking charges earlier. i had to pay via an app, but it wasnt working easily. hopefully, i wont get a ticket in the mail now!

The location proved convenient. I found it easy to access nearby amenities. The bar and restaurant provided useful services. Parking availability was definitely a bonus.
I did encounter some issues regarding cleanliness. Carpets in the bedroom seemed quite filthy. I noticed a lot of noise disturbance too. Guests moving around in the room above were easily heard.
